Work on Wilmington strives to make Wilmington a better place to live. Work On Wilmington energizes the volunteer spirit in our community by partnering organizations and agencies to create meaningful, hands on service projects that improve quality of life and achieve tangible results.

Organized each year by the current class of Leadership Wilmington, Work on Wilmington brings people together to roll up their sleeves and tackle community problems in just four hours. The results are amazing.

This year’s organizer, Ann Gibson, will review the 2021 event and show us some of the great work that was accomplished!
