Join us for Pollinator Palooza! at the Coastal Land Trust’s Wilmington Office on April 26th from 10 am – 2 pm! This family-friendly event celebrates our love for all things pollinators. We’ll have educational activities and information on pollinators and native plants, and we will be giving away 30 parsley plants on a first-come-first-served basis as part of our demonstration – so arrive early! We’ll also be handing out free seeds for Cosmos, Basil, Nasturtium, Borage plants that you can take home to start your own pollinator garden!

This month-long celebration and educational program is part of the @ncscifest, highlighting the importance of pollinators in nature and in our food supply. Throughout the month of April, we are hosting multiple workshops with elementary afterschool programs at no charge to the schools. This year, we are visiting schools in Onslow, Pender, New Hanover, and Brunswick Counties.
