What:  Celebrate with the Coastal Land Trust, learn more about land conservation, and especially the recent Site X project in Bertie county where artifcats thought to be from the Lost Colony have been unearthed!

Archaeologists from the First Colony Foundation, who conducted the dig, will be at the event to tell the exciting story of how old maps, legendary tales, a good dose of curiosity, and a conservation vision all came together to save this amazing land and the history that lies within it.
