*CANCELED* Volunteer Day at Gales Creek Preserve!

Volunteers will be using hand tools to maintain trails inside the preserve. We will provide all volunteers with hand tools, gloves, water, and snacks. You are welcome to bring your own tools and gloves, and a refillable water bottle if possible. All volunteers must wear long pants and closed-toed shoes. We recommend bug spray, sunscreen, a hat, and long sleeves as well.

The address for Gales Creek Preserve is Camp Sam Hatcher Road in Newport, NC. We will meet at 10am at the end of Camp Sam Hatcher Road before heading to the site of our trail work day.
