McComas receives “Order of the Longleaf Pine” Award

Congratulations to Danny McComas for receiving the “Order of the Longleaf Pine” by Governor Cooper. This prestigious award is given in recognition of exemplary service to the State of North Carolina and its communities. Danny served on the Board of Directors of the Coastal Land Trust. When he served in the General Assembly, he championed the NC Conservation Tax Credit, and the legislation allowing for the Land Trust’s  special license plate.
