Puxatawney Phil might have predicted 6 more weeks of winter, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t dreaming of getting out into our yards and spiffing things up once spring arrives. Here in Eastern NC, we might be tempted to plant some things that don’t really belong…even if they’re pretty.
